The training seminar---Improving the Efficiency of Printing Operation, which was hosted by HongKong GrandTech started on December 11, 2009. The lecture was given by Franki, who has 15 years' experience of training in printing industry. Besides, Derek, engaged in printing industry for over 10 years, furtherly explained how to effectively improve the printing efficiency by examples.

The seminar is mainly about how to make the print production process keep working through the computer technology, the establishment of high efficeiency print production management system, to break the consultation barriers of different departments. As well as taking practical examples, to explain the analysis of pringting cost, customer analysis, pricing and other relevant aspects of the theory and practice.

After participation in the training seminars, we learn how to use the scientific knowledge while producing, continuously improve the work flow, and increase productivity in order to expanding profit margins. This is not only the requirements of knowledge of the sales, but also the refer to the communication between various departments, maintenance of the linkage within the procedure.

We take the relevant concepts into practice and it not only improves the transfer of tasks between different departments, the production process and productivity situation, but also effectively improves production efficiency and the control of the production process real-time information, all these make communication more easyly and effectively.
