On Sept. 27^th, 2009, all the staff in the office attend the outward bound held in the Golden Bay Resort which is located in the eastern part of ShenZhen . The theme of such outdoor activities is friendship, harmony and happiness. It aims to eliminate the estrangement, to enchance teamwork spirit, to build the belief , and then to create a more unite , effective nd excellent team that is full of originality and comat effectiveness.

Campaign

At the very beginning, we are devided into two groups, the Red Force, and the Blue Force. Each group has to set up their own team culture in 25 minutes , including choosing out the commander and the chief of staff, determining the name , team anthem and alignment . The Blue Force achieves victory in the first round for their originality.

Combat

All the combatant should carry a receiver, which is used for receiving the laser light give out by the gun in simulator model. On the receiver, there is a buzzer. Once you are shot or hit the target, it will buzzing. The beam of light will form a circle of light with 15mm in diameter within 10 meters to 20 meters. When the circle of light irradiates the receiver, it will have an effect of being shot. It means that the best distance to shoot the target is within 20meters. All of us are very exciting before the combat, we are eager to join the battle, like the heroic warrior preparing to charge and break through the enemy lines.

Through the whole combat, the Red Force that is the main attack force is divided into three detachments.The first detatchment charges forward, the second group moves along the trench, the rest ones furnish the support in the middle.

The Blue Force is the defender.When someone lead an attack , others will stay around with them and furnish support and help.  

When the game starts, we all wear camouflage fabric shuttling in the battlefield without gunsmoke , which is covered by dense vegetation , debris or moat. Running, aiming, shooting , and enjoying ourselves.

A tug of war

After that, a tug of war was held on the beach. A so special competion. We all had exhausted our bag of tricks, clenched our tooth to stick it out. Although we all tumbled, we still hold on the rope firmly. It not only unify us , but also make us stay together in spirit. Besides, it also demostrate our neverending strength. On such occasion, the result of the competition is no longer have significance.

In the next activities, including swimming, playing games together , we not only had relaxed ourselves , enhanced the understanding and communication between us, but also made us approch the job with enthusiasm. What the outward bound had brought to us was far more than these.

 It was a kind of training that honed mental toughness of us. When one was in a team , his  spiritual outlook and working efficiency were far outweigh what an individual person owned.

What’s more, it was a training that develop our thinking. We had realized that the success of a company depended on the joint effort. We should stand shoulder to shoulder to boom our company.
